1. On the main page of the Fresh Service support portal, select CoA+A Checkout Equipment.

2. Using the dropdown selection, filter to dArts Checkout Laptops and select the preferred type of computer.

3. Fill out the form by putting your email into the Requester Field.

a. If you are requesting this item for someone else make sure to check the Request for someone else checkbox and fill the Request for field with the email of the person you are requesting the item for.

b. The device gets auto assigned from the available pool of related assets.

4. Press the Place Request button.
